Its My Birthday

My biological clock has gone hay wire.Am having trouble sleeping early and waking up early. This often happens to me every time I got home. Literally, this cycle keeps repeating and really annoys me knowing that I am so weak to fight my sleepiness.

So... the headline says it all. Happy birthday to me !!! hahaha... Sounds pathetic but who cares . Alhamdulillah, I have turned 22 years old. He still gives me this chance to continue living, and improve on anything I should do to become a better khalifah in this world and to please the creator of this dunya which is Allah the Almighty. 22 years of living, and have I done much to this world? to my family? have I done enough as my preparation to meet Him?? A question that we all should really think about, and we ought to have the urge to do something to change our status quo.

Clearly if I were to write a list on the things I want to accomplish in this temporary living would require lots and lotsa papers. okay it was just an exaggeration. The point is, I want to achieve a lot of things. I want to become a better person in and out. A person with a beautiful akhlaq, a person who can be nice to every human without having the slightest bad thoughts about anyone. A person who will not rant or whine each time a problem occurs. A person who will not bad mouth about anyone. A person who will always give flower to even to the person who throws stone at me.

Yes. I want to be a beautiful person , with beautiful akhlaq, iman and aqidah.
Just like our prophet, Rasulullah. peace be upon him.

But as normal humans, sometimes we only know how to wish, how to just say things but without acting much to make our goals come true and is just merely dreaming.

I pray to Allah that with this time left for me to live this life, I want to gain as much knowledge as I can, not to boast, but to fulfill my responsibility as a khalifah. To spend the time with my family and to learn how to treat them well (still trying especially with my youngest sister). And to learn how to accept tests as chances for me to become stronger ..

Nothing comes easy. But with His will, everything is possible. Have trust in Him.
La haula wala Quwwata Illa Billah. :)
